Preamble
We, the members of the Democratic Center of Civic Education, recognizing that an informed citizenry is the foundation of democracy, hereby establish this Constitution to promote civic knowledge, constitutionalism, democratic governance, and active citizenship throughout Kenya.

To build a democratic society where every citizen is informed, empowered, and actively participates in governance — from the grassroots to the national stage.
Mission
To provide accessible and inclusive civic education that promotes constitutionalism, democracy, human rights, and accountable leadership for all Kenyans.

DCCE is structured through five organs that ensure representation from the national level down to youth and women's civic leadership.

Membership in DCCE is free and open to all persons who support our objectives of promoting civic education, democracy, and constitutionalism in Kenya.

Article 9
DCCE sustains its programmes through diverse, lawful, and transparent funding channels that protect our independence and non-partisan identity.
Constitutional Amendments (Article 11): This Constitution may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of DCCE members at a duly convened General Assembly.
