Preamble

We, the members of the Democratic Center of Civic Education, recognizing that an informed citizenry is the foundation of democracy, hereby establish this Constitution to promote civic knowledge, constitutionalism, democratic governance, and active citizenship throughout Kenya.

DCCE sustains its programmes through diverse, lawful, and transparent funding channels that protect our independence and non-partisan identity.

Constitutional Amendments (Article 11): This Constitution may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of DCCE members at a duly convened General Assembly.
